Introduction to Yoga and Alignment 4-week Course Book on now for the next course starting 25th April
Would you like to try Yoga for the first time or, have you tried a class only to find yourself craning your neck to watch the teacher, not sure where your feet, hands or hips should be never mind whether you should be inhaling or exhaling? This 4-week course will benefit both complete beginners and those early on in their practice who would like to better understand alignment.
You will learn:
How to activate and stretch different muscles in poses to achieve healthy alignment
How breath is used to increase the benefits of a pose
How to step through from downward dog,
The benefits of poses
We will also address how common injuries can occur and how to avoid these, keeping joints strong and healthy. Come and join us in a friendly supportive environment with an experienced teacher.
