These sessions may be based around Yoga, Pilates, general fitness or a blend of these modes. Your individually tailored sessions will be dependant on your own needs and goals.
1-1 sessions are between 1hr to 1hr 15mins to allow time to discuss aims/outcomes of the session and address the overall goal for health and well-being.
