Every individual comes to Yoga for their own reasons, be it: physical, injury prevention/rehabilitation, sports/exercise performance, emotional/de-stressing.  If you would like a session tailored to your specific needs 1-1 sessions would be beneficial for you.  Sessions last between 1hr to 1hr 15mins to allow time to discuss aims/outcomes of the session and address the overall goal for health and well-being.
