The aim of this workshop is to teach you how to appropriately stretch and to use functional movement that enables you to:
  • Avoid common injuries, knees, hamstrings, hip flexors, ITB
  • Increase flexibility & joint mobility, therefore improving agility and stride length 
  • Bring symmetry back to muscles and skeletal system to improve running gait
  • Improve core, gluteal, adductor & upper body strength, improving your durability
  • Use breathing techniques to, increase oxygen intake, bring calm & focus to race days, marathons and improve running efficiency in any run
The venue is perfectly located for an optional run after  this workshop if you'd like to join the group or run your own route.
