As we move into winter with it's reduced daylight hours, it's easy to feel tired and rundown which increases our susceptibility to viruses. Come and join us for this vibrantly warming, deliciously relaxing workshop where we practice asana, pranayama and mudra to restore balance, reduce stress and boost immunity. There will be complimentary fresh made green juice at the end of this workshop along with some discussion and social time.
