Well-Woman Course
5-weeks beginning 24th August
Every woman deserves to feel amazing and confident.  This course is aimed to support the well-being of women, empowering you to heal and thrive.  You may be healing and rebuilding after giving birth... recently or past, you may want to maintain/increase strength as you age, learn yoga to help you through menstrual cramps or menopause, help fertility by stimulating reproductive organs and easing stress and anxiety.  We will use Yoga, Pilates, Mudras, Pranayama and Affirmations to tap into our divine energy and vitality.  There will be resources to take away so you can continue your journey of well-being.  Numbers are limited to 8 to allow individual attention and interaction.

  • Avoid common injuries, knees, hamstrings, hip flexors, ITB
  • Increase flexibility & joint mobility, therefore improving agility and stride length
